Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in Europe, remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague. You will lead a premium Human Factors advisory sales effort across the EMEA region, engaging clients, scoping projects and closing contracts.

The role requires 5+ years in consultative sales, English at C1, and proven medical device/ life science experience. Travel up to 30% is expected as part of client visits and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in business or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with strong track record.
• Medical device and life science industry experience required.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop and close sales by matching client needs with tailored HF solutions.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline via outreach and trade shows.
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft value propositions and proposals.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and inform marketing strategy.
