Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, requires technical credibility, and may be remote or hybrid from offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will build a sales pipeline, tailor solutions with SMEs, and strive to meet strong annual quotas in a global safety science context. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• Experience in consultative sales targeting medical device or life science industries is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for premium Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals and manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to tailor advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline through outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences.
• Travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.
