Job summary

Emergo by UL, a global leader in Human Factors engineering services, seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role is customer-facing, selling premium HF advisory services with strong technical credibility.

Remote work is possible, with hybrid options from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in consultative sales in the medical device or life sciences sector, English at C1, and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

5+ years of consultative sales experience, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
Medical device or life science industry experience preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for Emergo by UL's Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in client presentations and proposals.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; work with SMEs to craft tailored advisory solutions.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline via outreach and industry events.
Build trust with customers and identify needs and pain points in product development processes.
Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key events to represent the company.
Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends.
Maintain relationships with target accounts and stay aligned with market developments.
