Job summary

Emergo by UL in Europe is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. You will lead customer-facing sales of premium Human Factors advisory services, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid model from Barcelona, Basingstoke or The Hague.

Build trusted relationships, understand client needs, articulate our value proposition, and collaborate with SMEs to tailor solutions and close contracts, with a target exceeding USD 3 million annually.

Qualifications

5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets
Minimum USD 3 million/year quota
Medical device and/or life science industry experience
English at least C1 level
Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout sales cycle
Close sales by articulating value and coordinating with SMEs
Develop sales pipeline via outreach and events
Represent the company at trade shows and conferences
Identify customer needs in product development with HF solutions
