Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a service-minded Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. You will be customer-facing, drive engagements from initial contact to contract execution, and collaborate with SMEs to tailor HF solutions that deliver value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Medical device or life science industry experience required.
• English proficiency at least C1.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services across the sales cycle.
• Articulate value propositions and close deals with client-facing activities.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas (target $3M/year).
• Develop pipeline via outreach, trade shows, and conferences.
• Collaborate with SMEs to tailor advisory solutions for clients.
