Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, with flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

The candidate should have 5+ years in consultative sales in the medical device industry, a Bachelor's or higher in a related field, and English at C1 level. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency minimum C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft customized solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline through proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows.
