Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in Europe (EMEA). The role is remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services, build a strong client pipeline, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver tailored solutions. Requirements include a 5+ year track record in consultative sales in medical devices or life sciences, English at C1, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed $3M yearly sales target.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work in remote/hybrid settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in presentations and proposals; manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet/exceed quotas; partner with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and industry events.
