Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role offers remote or hybrid work from offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with a strong emphasis on consultative sales and client engagement across the medical device and life sciences sectors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of consultative sales experience, English at C1 level, and a proven ability to meet annual targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
English proficiency must be at least C1 level.
5+ years of consultative sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets (minimum $3 million/year).
Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
Human Factors Engineering knowledge preferrable and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through project scoping and contract execution.
Understand customer needs, articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in client presentations and proposals, and manage interactions to close sales.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; work with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions that deliver value.
Develop a robust sales pipeline via proactive outreach and participation in trade shows and conferences.
