Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors, biomedical or life sciences.
• English at C1 level or higher.
• 5+ years of consultative sales in medical devices or life sciences.
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• Human Factors Engineering knowledge and experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willing to travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services across the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and events.
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft tailored advisory solutions.
• Provide market feedback and inform future offerings.
