Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services for the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing and requires advanced technical credibility to sell and respond to inquiries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
English proficiency must be at least C1 level.
5+ years of consultative sales experience with minimum $3 million/year quota.
Medical device or life sciences industry experience required.
Human Factors Engineering knowledge and experience preferable.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for specialty Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in proposals and client presentations.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to tailor advisory solutions.
Develop sales pipeline via outreach and trade shows.
Identify customer needs and pain points and integrate HF solutions into product development discussions.
Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key industry events.
