Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors division seeks a service-minded Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. The role offers flexibility to work remotely or via hybrid arrangements from Barcelona, Spain, or other EU offices.

You will engage clients, tailor HF solutions, and drive revenue growth while meeting ambitious quotas. A strong medical device or life sciences background and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas with SMEs to craft customized solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via outreach and industry events.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and inform future offerings.
