Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. You will be customer-facing, building credibility and leading opportunities from first contact through contract execution.

Remote or hybrid work is supported from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague. The role targets growth in medical device and life sciences clients with substantial annual sales quotas and a strong emphasis on consultative selling and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/graduate degree in business or related field
• English proficiency at least C1 level
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience
• Business acumen and understanding of sales processes
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution
• Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and trade shows
• Build trust with customers and identify needs and opportunities for HF solutions
• Contribute to marketing strategy and events representing the company
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends
• Maintain plan to prioritize target accounts and relationships throughout the year
• Gain HF knowledge through training and self-study
