Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, requires strong technical credibility, and supports hybrid or remote work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will lead the sales cycle, tailor solutions for client needs, and partner with specialists to close deals while exceeding aggressive targets and expanding our HF market presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience.
• English proficiency at least C1.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and events.
• Build trust with customers to identify needs and pain points in product development.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and events for the HF business.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends.
• Maintain plan to prioritize target accounts and relationships.
