Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive (EMEA) to drive premier Human Factors advisory services across the region. You will engage customers, translate their needs into tailored HF solutions, and collaborate with experts to close deals.

The role supports remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with up to 30% travel. A strong consultative track record and a business mindset are essential for reaching multi-million-dollar targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency must be at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a minimum $3 million/year target.
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• Human Factors Engineering knowledge and experience preferable.
• Business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.
• Ability to travel including client visits and working at trade shows, up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through project scoping and contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in client presentations and proposals and manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; work with subject matter experts to craft customized advisory service solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance of trade shows and conferences.
• Builds trust and engages with customers to identify needs and pain points in product development processes and HF integration.
• Contributes to marketing strategy and tactics for Human Factors business, including events.
• Advise HF leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends to inform future offerings.
• Maintain a plan to prioritize target accounts and sustain relationships throughout the year.
