Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors unit seeks a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium HF advisory services. This role can be remote or in a hybrid model from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will be customer-facing, require advanced technical credibility to respond to inquiries, and will manage a $3M annual quota with travel up to 30%. Applicants should have a Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, HF engineering, biomedical engineering, life science, or related field,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a $3M annual quota.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals to close deals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Develop sales pipeline via outreach and trade shows.
