Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, requiring advanced technical credibility to engage with medical and life sciences clients.

The position supports remote work or a hybrid setup from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague. You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with HF experts, and aim to exceed sales quotas while traveling up to 30% for client visits and

Qualificações

Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
English proficiency at level C1 or higher.
5+ years of consultative sales experience with proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.

Responsabilidades

Serves as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution.
Understand customer needs, articulate value proposition in presentations/proposals, manage client interactions to close sales.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory services.
Develops sales pipeline via proactive outreach and industry events.
Identify customer needs and pain points, integrating HF solutions into product development processes.
