Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Europe for Human Factors advisory services. The role is customer-facing, developing tailored HF solutions and driving sales across the EMEA region. Remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague is supported.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, engage with life sciences and medical device clients, and collaborate with SMEs to craft proposals. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, HF engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• English at least C1 level and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Strong business acumen and sales process knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services across the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and present Emergo by UL's value proposition.
• Close sales and meet quotas with SME support for tailored solutions.
• Develop pipeline via outreach and industry events.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts throughout the year.
• Learn HF knowledge through training and self-study.
