Job summary

Emergo by UL, a global leader in Human Factors engineering, seeks a Senior Sales Executive for medical device advisory services across the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing and can be remote or hybrid from offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will cultivate relationships, tailor HF solutions, and drive the sales cycle to close contracts toward a $3M annual quota, with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a minimum $3 million/year quota.
• Medical device and/or life sciences industry experience required.
• Human Factors knowledge is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and participation in trade shows and conferences.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and provide industry insights to inform offerings.
