Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors unit seeks a senior sales executive to lead sales of premium HF advisory services across the EMEA region. You will be customer-facing, articulate value, and close deals from initial contact to contract execution, leveraging subject matter experts to tailor solutions.

Based remotely or in a hybrid model from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, you will drive a strong sales pipeline through outreach and industry events, while maintaining key account relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets (min $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• English proficiency at least C1; able to travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for specialty Human Factors advisory services throughout sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs, articulate value proposition, and manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; work with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows/conferences.
• Identify customer pain points and integrate HF solutions into product development processes.
