Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors team is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. This role requires deep technical credibility to engage client inquiries and tailor solutions.

The position offers remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with travel up to 30%. You will build a robust pipeline, engage with clients, and exceed sales targets while collaborating with SMEs to shape offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services across the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft customized HF advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline through proactive outreach and industry events.
