Emergo by UL's Human Factors division seeks a service-minded Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role is customer-facing, requires deep technical credibility, and involves scoping projects and closing contracts.

This position offers remote work or a hybrid setup from Barcelona, Basingstoke or The Hague, with travel up to 30%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Medical device and/or life sciences industry experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

Aufgaben

• Serves as primary point of contact for specialty Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact through project scoping and contract execution.
• Understand customer needs, articulate value proposition, and manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory service solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences.
• Identify customer needs and pain points related to Human Factors in product development and integrate HF solutions in key steps.
• Support marketing strategy and tactics by identifying key industry events to represent the company.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs, pain points, and industry trends to inform future offerings.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts throughout the year.
