Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. You will own the sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution, presenting tailored HF solutions to medical device and life sciences customers.

This remote/hybrid role requires 5+ years of consultative sales, English at C1, and the ability to travel up to 30%. Collaboration with SMEs and leadership will shape future offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical device or life sciences industries.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets (>= $3M/year).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and engage in client-facing activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for HF advisory services across sales cycle.
• Articulate value proposition through client presentations and proposals.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline; close deals with customized HF solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft advisory offerings that address customer needs.
• Represent HF offerings at events and conferences to generate opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and provide market feedback.
