Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. You will manage customer relationships from initial contact through scoping and contract execution, delivering credible, consultative solutions in medical device and life sciences contexts.

The role supports remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with travel up to 30–40%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of technical sales experience in medical devices or life sciences
• Proven track record of selling into key accounts and managing complex deals
• Fluent English; strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% as required

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle
• Articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
• Develop sales pipeline through outreach and trade shows
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft tailored advisory solutions
• Provide accurate forecasts and track KPIs to guide strategy
