Formación

• 5 to 8 years in pharmaceutical R&D, particularly in formulation development and tech transfer.
• Proven track record managing external partners (CDMOs/CROs) and complex technical projects.
• Experience with formulation scale-up, analytical method development, and validation processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and technically lead external development projects in collaboration with CDMOs and CROs.
• Drive formulation development, tech transfer, and regulatory support for new pharmaceutical products.
• Internal cross-functional coordination with Regulatory Affairs, Business Development, and QA/QC.
• Contribute to innovation and portfolio expansion strategies.
