CrowdStrike is hiring a Sr. Business Partner, Field Alliances Operations (Remote). You will partner with Alliances Leaders to shape channel strategy with data-driven insights and enable the wider partner team for seamless execution.

You will manage day-to-day ops, onboarding, and complex contracts, ensuring accurate deal attribution and regional support. You will work with IT, GTM, and capability teams to drive process improvements, participate in QBRs, and help scale AI-driven decision making

Formación

Bachelor's degree required.
Fluency in English; French/Spanish/Italian a plus.
5+ years in Partner/Channel Operations or Sales Ops.
Strong analytical skills; able to identify anomalies.
Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
Experience with Excel, Salesforce, Tableau.

Responsabilidades

Partner with Alliances Leaders to inform channel strategy using data-driven insights.
Enable wider Alliances/Partner teams for seamless execution of processes.
Manage day-to-day ops to support Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams.
Interpret data and prepare metrics/KPIs for management.
Assist with partner onboarding, compliance, and complex contracts.
Ensure proper categorization and attribution of partner deals; provide regional support.
Advise on process improvements; liaise with IT, capability, and GTM teams.
Participate in QBRs and align processes with business needs.
