CrowdStrike is hiring a Sr. Business Partner, Field Alliances Operations (Remote). The role focuses on day-to-day partner operations, data integrity in Salesforce, and enabling the Alliances/Partner teams to scale.

You will drive KPI reporting, onboarding, and contract support while collaborating with cross-functional groups to improve partner experiences. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in Partner/Channel Operations or Sales Ops, fluent English, and a strong analytics background.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French/Spanish/Italian) a plus.
• 5+ years in Partner/Channel Operations or Sales Ops.
• Strong analytics with data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Support field Alliances operations with data-driven insights to guide channel strategy.
• Enable the Alliances/Partner team and ensure seamless execution of partner processes.
• Manage day-to-day operations for partners, partner managers, and sales teams.
• Interpret data and prepare KPIs and metrics for management review.
• Oversee partner onboarding and compliance; assist with contracts.
• Ensure correct partner attribution and regional deal support.
• Suggest process enhancements and coordinate with IT and GTM teams.
• Participate in QBRs and annual planning, align with business needs.
