CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Business Partner in Field Alliances Operations, primarily remote with global reach.

You will support the growing partner ecosystem and leadership team, focusing on Salesforce data integrity and partner-facing processes while driving scalable operations and partner advocacy. You will enable the Alliances/Partner teams, manage onboarding, and assist with complex contracts, ensuring accurate deal attribution and efficient regional support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in English; additional French, Spanish or Italian is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years in Partner/Channel Operations or Sales Ops.
• Strong analytical background with ability to identify anomalies.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented and process-minded.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills with business partnerships.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Tableau.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change.
• Curious mindset with a drive to improve partner experience.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Alliances Leaders to support channel strategy with data-driven insights.
• Enable the wider Alliances/Partner team for seamless execution of processes.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks supporting Partners, Partner Managers and Sales.
• Prepare metrics and KPIs for regular management review.
• Support partner onboarding and complex contractual cases.
• Ensure proper categorization and attribution of partner deals; provide regional support.
• Advise on process improvements and coordinate with IT and GTM teams.
• Participate in QBRs and Annual Operating Planning to align with business needs.
