CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Business Partner, Field Alliances Operations to support the growing partner ecosystem.

The role focuses on day-to-day operations, data integrity in Salesforce, and alignment with Alliances/Partner leadership across regions, including remote and on-site requirements in the UK and Spain. The ideal candidate will drive scalable processes, partner onboarding, and accurate deal attribution while collaborating with IT, GTM teams, and Sales to deliver on strategic

Formación

Experience with partner programs and channel operations.
Proficiency in Salesforce and data-driven decision making.
Ability to manage onboarding and compliance for partners.

Responsabilidades

Partnering with Alliances Leaders and their teams with data-led insights into trends and opportunities.
Enable the wider Alliances/Partner team to ensure seamless execution of partner processes.
Manage day-to-day operational tasks to support Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams.
Prepare metrics and KPIs for management on a regular basis.
Assist with partner onboarding and compliance; support complex contractual cases.
Ensure partner deals are properly categorized and correctly attributed; regional deal support.
Advise on process enhancements and liaise with IT, capability and GTM teams.
Participate in QBRs and the Annual Operating Planning process.
