We are looking for a Senior Memory Design Engineer to join a highly innovative team developing next-generation AI hardware.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop DDR and HBM memory subsystems for advanced microprocessors.
• Work on memory controller integration and AXI protocol interfaces .
• Create and verify RTL designs using Verilog or VHDL.
• Perform timing analysis and define timing constraints .
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure efficient, high-performance memory solutions .
• Conduct basic block-level testing and support verification activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in memory design or verification (4–6 years verification experience is also suitable).
• Strong knowledge of DDR or HBM memories .
• Experience with AXI protocol .
• Proficiency in RTL design (Verilog / VHDL) .
• Experience with timing analysis and constraints .
• Strong verification skills and basic block-level testing experience.

Desirable

• Master’s or PhD in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, Bash, TCL).
• Knowledge of version control tools (git, svn).
• Understanding of cache coherency concepts and protocols .
• Experience in memory map definition .
