Job summary

Emergo by UL, a global leader in human factors engineering, seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive premium advisory services across the EMEA region. You will serve as the primary client contact, translate customer needs into tailored HF solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• Travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in presentations and proposals.
