Job summary

Emergo by UL, a global leader in Human Factors Engineering services, seeks a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to drive premium HF advisory services in the EMEA region. The role is remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with travel up to 30%.

You will lead sales across the full cycle, working with SMEs to tailor solutions, develop a pipeline, and achieve quarterly/annual quotas. Strong technical credibility and industry knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience and ability to meet/exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year)
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required
• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field
• English proficiency at least C1
• Able to travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for specialty Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle
• Articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in client presentations and proposals
• Manage client interactions to close sales and develop pipeline
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory service solutions
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
• Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key industry events
