Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for the EMEA region to drive sales of premium Human Factors advisory services. The role is customer-facing, requires strong technical credibility, and can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Spain; Basingstoke, UK; or The Hague, Netherlands.

You will develop the sales pipeline, tailor solutions with SMEs, and aim to exceed quarterly and annual quotas. Travel up to 30% is expected to support clients and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher is required.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in proposals.
• Travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.
