Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors business unit seeks a customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to drive premium HF advisory services across the EMEA region. This role can be remote or hybrid from offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with up to 30% travel for client visits and trade shows.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of consultative sales in medical device or life sciences industries, strong English (C1), and a solid business acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, or life sciences.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Medical device or life sciences industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services through the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and present Emergo by UL's value proposition in proposals.
• Close sales and exceed quotas, collaborating with SMEs to tailor solutions.
