Job summary

Emergo by UL, a global leader in Human Factors Engineering services, seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive premium HF advisory services across the EMEA. You will work remotely or in a hybrid setup from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, leading engagements from initial contact to contract execution with a customer-centric approach.

The role requires 5+ years in consultative sales within medical devices or life sciences, strong technical credibility, and English at C1.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical device or life sciences
• Minimum $3 million/year sales quota
• English proficiency at C1 or higher
• Ability to travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows
• Business acumen and understanding of sales processes

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle
• Articulate value propositions in presentations and proposals to close sales
• Develop and manage sales pipeline via outreach and events
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft tailored advisory solutions
• Provide market feedback to leadership to shape offerings
