Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors unit seeks a service-minded Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. This role is customer-facing and can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will develop the sales pipeline, articulate value, close deals, and work with SMEs to craft tailored HF solutions for medical devices. Travel up to 30% and English at C1 required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with $3 million/year quota.
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for human factors advisory services across the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and close deals with customers.
• Develop sales pipeline through proactive outreach and trade shows.
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft customized HF solutions for client needs.
