Job summary

Emergo by UL, a leader in Human Factors engineering services, seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role is customer-facing, driving sales of premium HF advisory services across the EMEA region with remote or hybrid options from offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Emergo by UL's Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals and manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and conferences.
• Identify customer needs in Human Factors and integrate HF solutions into product development.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and events for Human Factors business.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends.
• Prioritize target accounts and maintain relationships throughout the year.
• Acquire HF knowledge through internal training and self-study.
• Proactively identify key customers for needs discovery and opportunities.
