Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role is remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, focusing on selling premium Human Factors advisory services.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with clients, and close high-value projects. Qualifications include 5+ years in consultative sales, a $3M annual quota, and medical device or life sciences experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Minimum $3 million annual quota.
• Medical device and/or life sciences experience required.
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, life sciences or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas; collaborate with subject matter experts to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences.
• Travel to client sites and trade shows up to 30%.
