Job summary

Emergo by UL in Europe seeks a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. This customer-facing role offers remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with focus on scoping, proposals and contract execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services across the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in proposals.
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and close contracts.
• Develop sales pipeline via outreach and industry events.
• Collaborate with experts to tailor advisory solutions for clients.
