Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, and focuses on selling premium Human Factors advisory services to clients across Europe.

You will lead the sales cycle, develop a strong pipeline, articulate our value proposition, and build lasting relationships with key accounts while meeting ambitious quotas and collaborating with field experts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• Medical device and life science industry experience required.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; work with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Develops sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance of trade shows and conferences.
• Maintains relationships with target accounts throughout the year.
• Travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.
