Emergo by UL, a global leader in Human Factors engineering, seeks a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium HF advisory services across the EMEA region. The role supports remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, and focuses on developing a strong client base in medical devices and life sciences.

You will drive the sales cycle, craft tailored solutions with SMEs, and manage pipelines to achieve quota while traveling up to 30% as needed.

Competenze

5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year)
Medical device and/or life science industry experience required
English proficiency at least C1 level
Ability to travel up to 30%
Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field

Mansioni

Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution
Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in presentations and proposals
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft tailored advisory solutions
Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and trade show attendance
Maintain and prioritize relationships with target accounts throughout the year
