Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a senior sales executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing and requires advanced technical credibility, with potential for remote work or hybrid arrangements from Barcelona, Spain, Basingstoke, UK, or The Hague.

You will manage the full sales cycle, develop key accounts, and collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver tailored HF solutions while aiming to meet aggressive quotas and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals; manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft advisory service solutions.
