Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to drive premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, requiring advanced technical credibility and subject matter expertise, and can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, meet quarterly and annual quotas, and collaborate with SMEs to craft tailored HF solutions that address client needs. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets (>= $3M/year).
• Medical device and life sciences industry experience required.
• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Develop sales pipeline through proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences.
• Travel up to 30% for client visits and events.
