Emergo by UL is seeking a service-minded Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services. The role is client-facing and requires advanced technical credibility to sell and respond to inquiries.

This position can be based remotely or in a hybrid model from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with up to 30% travel. You will build pipelines, tailor advisory solutions, and collaborate with SMEs to drive growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Travel up to 30%.
• Medical device and/or life sciences industry experience required.
• Human Factors Engineering knowledge and experience preferrable.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in proposals.
• Close sales and manage client interactions to deliver outcomes.
• Develop a sales pipeline through proactive outreach and attendance of trade shows and conferences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Contributes to marketing strategy and industry events forHF business.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts throughout the year.
• Travel to client sites and events up to 30%.
