Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors unit seeks a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to drive premium advisory services across the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, with remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, and requires strong technical credibility in human factors engineering for medical devices.

You will own the sales cycle from initial contact to contract, develop the pipeline through events and outreach, tailor proposals with SMEs, and help shape the future HF

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in proposals.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and collaborate with SMEs to craft tailored solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and trade shows.
