Job summary

Emergo by UL in Europe seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services. The role blends remote/hybrid work from offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will lead the sale of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region, building trust with clients and delivering tailored HF solutions. Requirements include 5+ years in consultative sales, a relevant degree, and English at C1.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• English proficiency at least C1.
• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for HF advisory services through the sales cycle.
• Articulates Emergo by UL's value proposition in client presentations and proposals.
• Develops pipeline via proactive outreach and trade shows.
• Collaborates with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Maintains relationships with target accounts throughout the year.
• Gains HF knowledge through internal training and self-study.
• Travels to client sites/trade shows up to 30% of time.
