Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. This role is remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, and focuses on premium Human Factors advisory services.

You will manage the full sales cycle, tailor solutions to client needs, and drive revenue through new and existing accounts. English fluency essential; up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• Human Factors Engineering knowledge and experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals; manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows/conferences.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and identify opportunities within customers' product development processes.
