Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, focusing on selling premium Human Factors advisory services and expanding the client base across Europe, remotely or in a hybrid setup from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

The position requires extensive sales experience in medical devices or life sciences, strong English skills (C1), and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with proven targets.
• Medical device or life sciences industry experience required.
• English proficiency at C1 or higher.
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HF advisory services across the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in proposals and presentations.
• Close sales and meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
• Develop sales pipeline through proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences.
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory service solutions.
• Contributes to marketing strategy and identifies key industry events to represent the company.
• Advise HF leadership on evolving customer needs and market trends.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and continuously develop the knowledge base on HF best practices.
