Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with up to 30% travel.

The candidate will lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services, require 5+ years in consultative sales, and hold a degree in business, HF engineering, biomedical engineering, or life sciences. English proficiency at C1 is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
English proficiency at least C1 level.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact through project scoping and contract execution.
Understand customer needs, articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals, and manage client interactions to close sales.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with subject matter experts to craft customized advisory service solutions.
