Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services across the EMEA region. The role is remote or hybrid, based from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with a primary focus on selling premium Human Factors advisory services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
English proficiency at least C1.
5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets at or above $3 million per year.
Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
Human Factors knowledge and experience preferable.
Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in presentations and proposals.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas with collaboration from SMEs.
Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and trade shows.
Identify customer pain points and integrate HF solutions into product development.
Contribute to marketing strategy and events representation.
Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends.
Maintain plan to prioritize target accounts and nurture year-long relationships.
