Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, selling premium HF services and coordinating with SMEs to tailor solutions from initial contact to contract.

Remote or hybrid work is possible, with offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, and The Hague. A strong track record in consultative medical device sales and a deep industry understanding are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven ability to meet/exceed targets ($3M/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in presentations and proposals.
• Manage client interactions to close sales and meet quotas.
• Develop sales pipeline via outreach and industry events.
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key events to represent the company.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and stay informed through ongoing learning.
